Weekly rate (7th night free): $1,350.00 per 4 persons

* All units Check In: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
* All units Check Out by 11:00 AM
* Price does not include tax
* Add 5% sales tax to all rentals
* Additional persons $15.00/night, $50.00/week, children under 6 years old free
* Pets $10.00/day, $50.00/week
* Smoking is not permitted in cabins
* Smoking is permitted in the cabins garages & porches
* Any excessive cleaning, any damages or anything missing
will be billed to your account
* Minimum age requirement to rent is 21
* We have the right to refuse service to anyone

Cabins require a 50% deposit to be made at time of reservation. You are responsible for the full time reserved. We have a 60 day cancellation policy. All reservations cancelled 60 days prior to arrival dates will be cancelled with a $50.00 charge for handling. If less than 60 days, and we are unable to refill your reservation, you will lose your deposit and be billed for the remainder of the reservation.
